Refund Policy

Thank you for your order, and we hope you are are satisfied with it. As our products cannot be sold again once opened, we will only refund or exchange a product if it is damaged or defective (with shipping charges if paid). Buyers should notify us within 10 days from date of purchase. Proof of damage / defectiveness will accelerate speed of refund.

Under normal circumstances, refunds will be payable back to original payment channel, ie credit cards, bank transfer and so on. This will be processed by GLOHS within 14 days from date of request.

Exchanges will be processed within 7 days from date of request, and shipping cost will be borne by GLOHS.

Sales terms can be subject to change from time to time. If disputes arise, GLOHS’ decision will be final.
