I became a nutritional therapist after 30 years of living with ME/chronic fatigue syndrome.
Changing my diet significantly improved my symptoms. I became fascinated by how dietary
and lifestyle factors can impact on our health, especially from stress. Whilst I specialize in
stress and fatigue support, and in helping those with ME/CFS and fibromyalgia, I love the
variety of general practice.
My holistic and naturopathic approach treats the individual – we are each unique. I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, have an MA from Cambridge University and am professionally accredited by the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.
